Annapolis,MD- Admiral Cleaners, a leading dry cleaning business that has been proudly serving Maryland for over 50 years, distributed nearly 3,000 warm winter coats to families in need during winter season. The coats were collected through the company's annual “Call for Coats” campaign, which, over the last three decades, has successfully provided more than 100,000 coats to local residents facing hardship.
This year’s incredible effort was made possible thanks to the strong support and partnerships of Admiral Cleaners’ loyal clients, along with local schools, businesses, and nonprofits, including the Hope For All & Neighborhood Service Center. The dedicated employees of Admiral Cleaners volunteered their time to dry clean all donated coats completely free of charge before they were distributed to those in need.
“We are extremely proud to continue this heartwarming tradition of giving back to our community by providing such a vital necessity to our less fortunate neighbors," said Whitney Kerridge, owner of Admiral Cleaners. “There is no greater reward than seeing the joy on the faces of children and parents as they choose their perfect coat, making all our hard work truly worthwhile.”
Admiral Cleaners extends its heartfelt thanks to all its partners and the generous coat donors across Maryland who made it possible to bring warmth and kindness to so many families this winter season.
